Who helps us

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts this website and processes the technical data above on our behalf. Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in Vercel's data processing addendum, and Vercel takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Hostinger provides our email inbox, so messages you send to contact@workfileacademy.com are stored there.
  • Vercel Web Analytics counts visits for us. Vercel says it records page views anonymously, without cookies and without anything that could identify you or follow you across other websites.
  • Kit (United States) sends The Workfile Brief and stores your email address, consent record and open and click data on our behalf under its data processing agreement, which also covers transfers to the United States.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@workfileacademy.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or the authority where you live.

California and other US states

We don't sell or share personal information for advertising. Because we don't track you across sites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal: there is nothing to turn off.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If we start using a new kind of data (for example course emails), we will add it here before it starts.
