How we write and check our guides
Our editorial policy in one line: every fact that can change links to the official page it comes from, and every page shows when we last checked it. Right now our 7 guides have 72 links to official pages, counted once per guide.
Where our facts come from
Only from primary sources: the AI company's own documentation, pricing pages and help center. Every fact that changes, such as a price, a usage limit or which plan includes a feature, has a link to its source right next to it. Reviews and blogs are never used as evidence; when we mention one, we label it as an opinion.
How we keep pages up to date
- “Last checked” on every guide. It shows the day we last compared the page with its official sources. The most recent check was on October 21, 2026.
- When we recheck. When the product changes, when a price changes, and in a monthly review of every guide.
- “Updated” means a real change. The date moves only when a fact or a step changed, not when we fix a typo.
How we use AI
We write with the help of AI tools. Every fact that can change is checked against the official source linked next to it.
How we correct mistakes
Every correction of a fact goes into our public change log with its date, and into the “What changed” list on the guide itself. Found a mistake? Email contact@workfileacademy.com and we'll fix it.
Affiliate links
If a page ever contains an affiliate link, it is labeled next to the link, and it never changes what we recommend.
What we never do
- Promise income, results or time savings.
- Invent reviews, testimonials or student counts.
- Call ourselves official or certified, or suggest a link with Anthropic, OpenAI or Google.
- Use fake urgency: no countdown timers, no “last spots”.
- Publish sponsored content or run ads.
