About Workfile

Workfile is an independent publisher of practical AI courses and guides for people who run a business, not a codebase.

Hi, I'm Tom

I'm 23 and I live in Poland. I used to write code by hand, but I've learned it no longer makes sense for the work I do: today I describe what I need and AI writes the code. I work in SEO and content, and over the past few years I have built most of my working tools with AI: systems that write and check texts, reports, research tools and websites, including this one. I use almost every AI tool I can get my hands on, from Claude Code and Codex to Grok and Kimi, and I test and compare them every day to see what each one makes possible.

I started Workfile to help people learn to build their own systems with AI: for their business, their brand and their everyday work. Most AI courses are either written for programmers or promise you an income. I wanted something in between: one working result per lesson, for a real business, without a terminal, with every fact linked to its official source.

You don't have to take my word for it. Every guide shows when each fact was last checked, every correction goes into a public change log, and the first module of The No-Code Claude Course is free.

Three things I believe about AI

  1. Start with the work, not the tool. Before any AI, write down how the job is really done today, step by step. Then you can see which step a tool should take over.
  2. One thing that works beats ten tips. Every lesson ends with something you keep and use: a file, a page, a habit.
  3. If you can't check it, don't trust it. AI is often confidently wrong, so every lesson shows you how to check the result yourself, without reading code.

How I write and check

I use only primary sources, put a “Last checked” date on every guide and list every correction in a public change log. I write with the help of AI tools, and every fact that can change is checked against the official source linked next to it. The full rules are in my editorial policy.

What I don't do

  • No promises of income, results or time savings.
  • No invented reviews, testimonials or student counts.
  • No fake urgency and no sponsored content.
